When can I order food?
As soon as we send you the personalized link, you can start to order food right away. We'll make sure it gets to you as long as the restaurant is serving the food at that time.
Who delivers my food?
If you told us that you order from a given restaurant, you'll have to pick it up. If you chose it to be delivered, we get deliveries done via Uber Eats.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand if you ordered in error. As long as restaurant hasn't started cooking your order, we'll cancel it for you.
How will IÂ get charged?
We save your credit card information during onboarding. We will charge that card when pushing the order through.
What if IÂ need to make changes to my favorites?
We're always a text away. Just let us know what you want to change and we'll update your preferences.
Can IÂ really order from anywhere?
Yep. As long as that restaurant works with delivery services, or you're able to pick it up. We'll get that order in for you.
